Had to do timed 1.5 mile run along with push ups and sit ups each for one minute yesterday. Then they measure your waist. That's the thing I score the lowest on...oh well, can't help the way I'm shaped!
I did the run in 14:05, and I think 36 push ups and 48 sit ups.
For this year's standards, I got a "good" score but for next year's standards, it would be an excellent.
Yay!
