TJ takes forever to get dressed in the morning, but he wants to do it himself, no help from us anymore. We usually put some clothes on his bed and hope for the best. When he does dress himself, it takes even longer than forever, but of course, we need to let him do it so he gets used to it, and learns, and eventually does it. It takes forever because he gets so distracted so easily.
Today I gave him five minutes to get dressed. I went in to check on him and he was actually doing it, dressing himself, picking out his own outfit and everything.
Of course, it was almost the end of the world because I opened the door. "I WAAAANNNNT TO SURRRRPRRRRISSSSEEEEEE YOUUUUUUUUUUUU!!! CLOSE THE DOOR!"
When he was done, he walks out wearing a pair of gray shorts, black socks, black leather dress shoes, a short sleeved navy blue polo shirt and a cream colored sweater vest.
He looked like the cutest Christopher Robin you ever did see.
I finished off the look with his black leather coat.
